A 31-year-old male cyclist from Louisville suffered serious injuries after a collision with a pickup truck in Superior on Friday night. Garrett Lee Cross, 30, was charged on Friday with one count of sexual assault and one count of unlawful sexual contact. He is free on $25,000 bond and is set for a preliminary hearing on Nov. 6. According to an arrest affidavit, a woman came to police in March 2017 and said Cross sexually assaulted her in 2013.
