Cape Council approves utility-related PDP change

In the wake of an hours-long debate regarding the old golf course land use change, Cape Coral City Council dealt quickly with an amendment to a residential Planned Development Project named Stonewater at the intersection of Nelson Road and Tropicana Parkway at Monday night's meeting. The PDP was amended by removing two parcels from the 200-acre tract that were recently acquired by the city for support of the North 2 Utilities Extension Project.
