Three juveniles were arrested in Concord on Thursday evening after they stole laptops from customers at the Starbucks on Concord Blvd. and the Starbucks on Clayton Rd. at Treat Blvd. After the second theft on Clayton Rd., police say the suspects sped away from the scene.
