Located on the St. Jones River, it was named by William Penn for Dover in Kent, England. DOVER, Del.- - Police are searching for two suspects, after they say the men were involved in a home invasion at a Dover apartment. The Dover Police Department says on Sunday, between 12:30 AM and 12:50 AM, two unknown black male suspects went into an apartment in the 200 block of Cecil Street and ransacked the residence.
