A 65-year-old Prince George's County man who suffered from dementia and had been missing since last week was found dead in Glen Burnie on Tuesday. Anne Arundel police said Daniel DeHaven, of Beltsville, was found in a wooded area off Dorsey Road near BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport after officers responded to a citizen's call shortly before 5 p.m. DeHaven was originally reported missing on Jan. 3 by Prince George's County police, who said he suffered from dementia and was "non-verbal."

A Severn woman was sentenced to 39 months in prison after pleading guilty to obstruction of justice and conspiracy charges for helping a released prisoner fake forms and reviews during their probationary release. Jennifer Hamersky, 33, of Severn, was sentenced last month in U.S. District Court in Baltimore, where she was served two concurrent 39-month sentences for the two charges, federal court records show.
