Man sentenced in neighbor dispute

A man who was shot in an ongoing dispute between neighbors in rural Greenwood will not serve additional jail time after pleading guilty in the case. Jeffrey S. Weigle, 59, pleaded guilty to a charge of criminal recklessness and was sentenced to the advisory sentence of one year in jail, which he had already gotten credit for after being in jail for six months.

A man was taken to the hospital with two broken legs after being hit by a car Friday evening while crossing State Road 135.
