David Weekley Homes might kick off the E-Town development in South Jacksonville with a 222-home subdivision east of Interstate 295 and Florida 9B. The city issued a Mobility Fee Calculation Certificate for the project, a 75.45-acre site along E-Town Parkway, also known as R.G. Skinner Parkway.
