'Scrooge' production in Westerville gets audience involved

On a sunny Sunday afternoon, 15 versions of Ebenezer Scrooge patrolled the parking lots, alleys and streets of uptown Westervillle, each gripping a heavy metal chain like kindergartners on a field trip to the zoo. Names of victims in double fatal crash released
