Pittsburg Adult Education Center secretary arrested on embezzlement charges

The administrative secretary to the principal of the Pittsburg Adult Education Center was arrested on embezzlement charges for allegedly secreting over $200,000 in what was thought to be a defunct bank account for a preschool. Roxanne Saucedo, 51, was arrested by Pittsburg police on Nov. 16, 2017, for felony embezzlement by a public officer and booked into Martinez Detention Facility.
