Former Portland nonprofit leader accused of stealing more than $50k

Authorities have a warrant out for the arrest of Clayborn Collins, the former leader of the North Portland nonprofit Emmanuel Community Services. A Multnomah County grand jury indicted Collins earlier this month on one count of first-degree aggravated theft, alleging that he stole more than $50,000 belonging to Emmanuel Community Services in 2016 or early 2017.
