PennDOT Makes 422 Guard Rail Repairs Monday

A left-lane closure on westbound U.S. Route 422 between its Sanatoga and Armand Hammer Boulevard interchanges is scheduled for Monday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. so the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation can make "guide rail repairs," the agency announced. A tractor-trailer accident Friday afternoon at a location between the interchanges, near the South Park Road overpass in Lower Pottsgrove, was reported to have "ripped down about a dozen sections of guardrail," according to The Mercury , but the PennDOT release did not indicate if that crash and its repairs were related.
