Cops: Tourists broke into closed theater

Joshua Mollica, 21, of Berlin, MA, Ryan Mello, 33, of Quincy, MA, and John Mooney, 35, of Taunton, MA, were each charged with third-degree criminal trespass and released on a written promise to appear in court. Officers entered the closed theater with a dog and found Mollica and Mello in the theater's lobby.

Wollaston Station closed for 20-month renovation

Wollaston Station was scheduled to close Sunday night, beginning nearly two years of reconstruction as the T renovates the only handicapped-inaccessible stop on the Red Line, a MassDOT official said. Commuter rail trains will bypass the aging station with free shuttle buses replacing service between North Quincy and Quincy Center for the next 20 months, according to a statement from spokeswoman Lisa Battiston.

Disabled trains caused delays on three MBTA lines during Friday evening's commute and the commuter rail canceled six trains on its Newburyport and Rockport lines because of historic tidal surge.
