CHP officers, along with San Francisco firefighters, responded shortly after 8 p.m. to reports of a bus that had overturned in the southbound lanes of the highway near Cesar Chavez Street, CHP Officer James Evans said.

Christopher Henriquez was 24 when he strangled his wife, Carmen, 25, who was eight months pregnant, and clubbed and choked their daughter, Zuri, in their apartment in August 1996.
