Rain expected in Bay Area, Vacaville prepared

A series of storms is forecast to bring more rain to the Bay Area during the next seven days, though no significant downpours are expected, according to Roger Gass, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service. Rainfall totals from the first two systems, due to arrive Monday and Wednesday nights, are expected to be minimal, with no more than one-quarter of an inch expected from either storm for most locations south of San Francisco.
