A Skokie woman is free on bond after being charged earlier this week in a hit-and-run traffic accident that left a local woman dead. Skokie police said Luz Maria Aguilar-Soto, 28, of Skokie, was charged Tuesday with leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident involving personal injury or death.
